theo giáo trình ktct thì “ cạnh tranh là ganh đua giữa những chủ thể kinh tế với nhau nhằm có đc những ưu thế về sản xuất cũng như tiêu thụ, thông quá đó có được lợi ích tối đa”. chúng ta có thể thấy các chủ thể có thể cạnh tranh trên nhiều mặt như giá cả, chất lượng, công nghệ, dịch vụ,.....
1.2. Nguyên nhân dẫn đến cạnh tranh trong nền kinh tế thị trường
do các chủ thể muốn có được lợi ích cao nhất, mà muốn co được điều này tất nhiên phải gây chú ý và thu hút được khách hàng. vì vậy các chủ thể sẽ không cạnh tranh với nhau để dành được khách hàng
1.3. Cạnh tranh trong nền kinh tế thị trường là một tất yếu khách quan
cạnh tranh không thể xoá bỏ trong nền kinh tế thị trường vì sự tồn tại của nhiều chủ thể kinh doanh độc lập cùng theo đuổi 1 mục tiêu lợi nhuận tối đa, nguồn lực khan hiếm và nhu cầu giành giật về ưu thế sản xuất, tiêu dùng
1.4. Vai trò của cạnh tranh trong nền kinh tế thị trường

thứ nhất, cạnh tranh giúp thúc đẩy sự phát triển lực lượng sản xuất ( giải thích)

thứ ba, cạnh tranh là cơ chế điều chỉnh linh hoạt trong việc phân bổ nguồn lực ( giải thích)

2. độc quyền
2.1. Khái niệm độc quyền
theo giáo trình ktct mác lênin thì: “độc quyền là sự liên minh giữa các doạnh nghiệp lớn, có khả năng thâu tóm việc sản xuất và tiêu thụ một số loại hàng hoá, có khả năng định ra giá cả độc quyền, nhằm thu lợi nhuận đọc quyền cao”
2.2. Nguyên nhân hình thành độc quyền
từ cuối thế kỉ xix đầu thế kỉ xx, trong nênd kinh tế thị trường các nước tư bản chủ nghĩa đã xuất hiện các tổ chức độc quyền. các tổ chức độc quyền xuất hiện do những nguyên nhân chủ yếu sau:
một là, do sự phất triển của lực lượng sản xuất( giải thích)
hai là, do cạnh tranh( giải thích)
ba là, do khủng hoảng và sự phát triển của hệ thống tín dụng( giải thích)
2.3. Tác động của độc quyền trong nền kinh tế thị trường
2.3.1. Tác động tích cực
thứ nhất, độc quyền tạo ra khả năng to lớn trong việc nghiên cứu và triển khai các hoạt động khoa học- kĩ thuật, thúc đẩy sự tiến bộ kĩ thuật.(gt)
